Production stages:

Every day hens form and shape various structures whose final product is the egg, a true biochemical and multidimensional marvel. In a period of 24 hours, the ovum, which is the egg yolk, will prepare and protect itself as it comes out. Hens lay eggs in a controlled environment and are fed a high quality and balanced diet, comprising: vitamins, nutrients, minerals, corn, soybean and sunflower, among others.

In some sheds we are still collecting eggs using the traditional method of “hand collection”, while in the automatic warehouses that we have been incorporated collection is done through the automatic belts.

Once the collection of eggs has finished they are taken to classification room where they are sorted out by weight and classified: Medium (49 to 55 grams), Special (56 to 61 grams), Extra (62 to 70 grams) and Super (71 or more grams).

When the eggs reach the end consumer, it is recommended to have them refrigerated in order to ensure quality. Eggs stored at room temperature will remain in excellent conditions for approximately 30 days after they have been laid.
